Privacy

This site has no accounts, no ads and no tracking cookies. Here is everything it keeps.

Visitor counter

The footer counts visitors. Your browser keeps a small flag (not a cookie) so you are counted once. The site stores only the total number, never your address or anything about you.

Notes board

If you leave a note, the site stores your name (or "anonymous reader"), your message, the paper and stamp you picked, and the time. Your country is stored only if you choose to show it.

It also keeps two scrambled codes that cannot be turned back into the original. One comes from your connection address and limits spam: one note every 2 minutes, and one +1 or report per note. The other comes from a random key your browser makes, so you can take back your own note in the first 10 minutes.

Until 15 November 2026, I read each new note before it appears. Three reports hide a note until I look at it.

Your device

Your browser remembers that you have visited and your sound volume. These stay on your device and are never sent anywhere.

Analytics

The site hosts on Cloudflare, which counts page views in total with its Web Analytics. Cloudflare says this uses no cookies and does not fingerprint visitors.

Other sites

Vaani and Ptah live at their own addresses and are not covered by this page.
